EPISODE 2020: The one where a pandemic shuts down the world. (We are temporarily closed until April 19, 2020 but we can’t wait to see you when we are able to resume business hours!)
To Our Patient Family,
As we continue to navigate the realities of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients and our community. In this unprecedented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe. Our office is heeding recommendations to suspend all non-urgent care in an effort to follow CDC guidance to flatten the curve.
We have decided to temporarily close the office until Sunday April 19, 2020. We did not make this decision lightly. Please know that great deal of care and research guided our decision. We will continue to evaluate this dynamic situation weekly to determine when it is appropriate to resume to normal business hours. Should you have an ocular emergency during this time, please call or text us at 626-573-2020 to leave a detailed message, or email us at Help@RosemeadOptometry.com. We are answering messages remotely from 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday.
To our contact lens patients, you will be able to place your orders through text message or email and we will direct ship your contacts to your home at no extra charge. If your contact lens Rx is expired, we will extend you a courtesy 3 month order. If you ordered glasses from us within the last three weeks, we will contact you as they ship in. As always, we are here for you. If you have questions about your specific situation, please text or email us.
We wish you all continued health and we hope everyone stays safe and vigilant during these challenging times. We are all in this together.
❤❤
Sincerely,
Dr. Susan L. Tran & Staff
